Third Eye Mandala

Here’s my latest mandala. I loved the idea of bringing the third eye into the mix and also the symbolism of protection from the triangle. The eye has so many meanings for different cultures it’s quite unbelievable how that works. You can take from it what you will. Whatever meaning it has for you is the right one.

The third eye (also called the mind's eye or inner eye) is an invisible eye, usually depicted as being located on the forehead, which is said to provide perception beyond ordinary sight, allowing access to intuition, inner wisdom, and higher consciousness; it's associated with abilities like clairvoyance, precognition, and out-of-body experiences.

A well-developed third eye can improve clarity of thought. When our minds are quiet and focused, we can find it easier to understand complicated issues and see things from a different perspective.

Emotional well-being is another significant benefit of activating the third eye. By connecting with our inner self, we can get a better understanding of our emotions. This can help in the processing of past traumas, and facilitate healing and personal growth.
